| ****Friends of the Library Meeting Next meeting is Thurs., April 10th at 6:30 PM. Lower library. ****Board of Trustees Next meeting is Tues., April 15th at 7:00 PM. Main library. ****Teen Advisory Board Next meeting Thurs., April 3rd at 5:30 PM. Lower library. ****Drop-in Story Time for children of all ages on Thursdays from 1-1:30. No registration required. Program Room. Call 508-278-8621 for details. ****The Library will be CLOSED all day April 21 in observance of Patriot's Day ****There is currently a Notary Public on site at the Library. Please call ahead to make sure that the notary is available before coming in. Limit 3 documents per patron. * Please note* Documents that require a notary signature MUST NOT BE SIGNED ahead of time. If the documents have been signed prior to the visit, we will be unable to accommodate you with this service. ****LIBRARY QUILT RAFFLE: The library is trying to raise $3000 to buy a new, secure book box. To get started, the library is raffling a crib size with quilt shop quality cotton fabrics and organic cotton batting. It is entirely hand quilted with daisies. Cost of each raffle is $1. | To Northbridge Residents: Due to the decertification of the Whitinsville Social Library, the Uxbridge Public Library will not lend materials to the residents of Northbridge as per Massachusetts State Law (605 CMR 4.01). However, we would like it to be known that the residents of Northbridge are still welcome to utilize the Uxbridge Library resources within the library (i.e., computers, research materials, etc.).
