Print from Home or On-The-Go with PrinterOn

With PrinterOn™, you may use your personal computer or mobile device to print to the Library's printer from anywhere. Simply submit documents for printing and come to the library.  Prints cost $.10 per page for black and white and $.25 per page for color and can be paid for at the Main Floor circulation desk.

You can print to the library from your Internet-connected device using three methods:

Printing from the Web

  1. Click here to access the Library's PrinterOn page.
  2. Select the Black and White or Color print option.
  3. Enter your email address.
  4. Click browse to locate the file you want to print — then click on the arrow button to continue.
  5. Once your file is uploaded on the next page, click the green printer button to submit your print job to the Library.
  6. The system will show you a job reference number and confirm your job has been processed.
  7. You will receive an email confirmation when your job is ready to print at the Library.
  8. Head to the Main Floor circulation desk and reference your email address when picking up your print job.

Printing an Email Attachment

Send the email with an attachment to one of the following addresses:

Black and White - uxbridge-bw@printspots.com

Color - uxbridge-color@printspots.com

Please note: Only email attachments will be printed.  You will receive an email confirmation when your print job is ready to be released. If you are trying to print the body of an email and do not have the PrinterOn app installed, you will need to save the email as a PDF and submit that new PDF to print.

Printing from the PrinterOn App

Look for the PrinterOn app (pictured above) in your preferred App store:

Once installed, search using the "Location" section for Uxbridge, MA, and select the Uxbridge Free Public Library's printers. Send your documents to be printed through the app.

File Formats

This printing service supports over 100 file formats, including:

Microsoft Word (.doc & .docx)
Microsoft Excel (.xls  & .xlsx)
Microsoft PowerPoint (.ppt & pptx)
Adobe PDF
JPEG
TIFF

PrinterOn will not print files formatted in OSX applications like Mac Pages or Numbers. If your file is in one of these formats, save it as a PDF first and then submit it to PrinterOn.
